Solano County Office of Education's ReCast program aims to serve youth and families in Solano County who have been most impacted by COVID-19, community violence, gun violence, civil unrest, and increased mental health vulnerabilities. ReCast seeks to promote resilience and healing through the implementation of evidence-based prevention, intervention, and postvention strategies.
