Human Resources & Educator Effectiveness
The Human Resources Department provides services to employees as well as school districts within Solano County. Internal services include recruitment, selection, employee orientation, benefit programs, workers' compensation, unemployment, retirement, professional growth, credential, and substitute services as well as managing contracts, maintaining personnel records, and position classification and compensation studies.
The Human Resources Department also leads or participates in programs and services that promote and maintain a positive, cooperative employee relations environment. Many services directly benefit other school districts and agencies both within and outside Solano County, including:
- Consulting, advisory, and resource information on an array of personnel issues
- Registering and processing credential applications

Testing Framework for K-12 Schools for the 2022-2023 School Year
