Commencing July 1, 2013, the California school finance funding model changed from its historical revenue limit and categorical program approach to a new system called the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF). The LCFF has been passed by legislation to provide a more equitable, rational, and efficient approach to allocating resources to all School Districts. Along with the new funding system is a requirement for each Local Education Agency (LEA) to develop a Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP).

Part of the LCAP development process includes receiving input from our stakeholders, including our staff, parents of our students, and our students as we determine our priorities based on student needs of English Learners, Socioeconomically disadvantaged students, and Foster Youth in the following 10 State priorities:

2.        Other Student Outcomes

3.        Parental Involvement

4.        Course Access

5.        Implementation of Common Core State Standards

6.        Basic Services

7.        School Climate

8.        Student Achievement

9.        Countywide coordination of services for expelled students (for County Offices of Education only)

10.      Countywide coordination of services for Foster youth (for County Offices of Education only)
