The objectives of this free STEAM CoP for ExLP coordinators and staff are to:
•Deepen the STEAM CoP participants’ knowledge, skills, and confidence to facilitate meaningful STEAM activities in their own program.
•Collaborate with other ExLP participants to develop a cohesive Expanded Learning program that includes CA Quality Standards for Expanded Learning, Growth Mindset, Socio-EmotionalLearning, Universal Design for Learning and Social Justice.
 
Quarterly 2-hour sessions with hands-on STEAM activities will be conducted in person. The products or outcomes of these sessions can be directly used or modified to suit the participants’ own program needs.
